Lyn Management
Lyn Management is a hospitality consultancy that helps entrepreneurs develop and launch food and beverage concepts globally, from restaurants and bars to street food markets and nightclubs, with a core focus across the UK and France. Founded by Romain Ribera, who built his career across the events and hospitality industry in London, Paris, Barcelona, Seoul, and Doha, the company operates at the intersection of Mediterranean hospitality culture and international F&B markets. They needed a website that communicated credibility to investors and landlords across borders, while feeling warm enough to attract the entrepreneurial talent they incubate. The brief was clear: look established, feel human, and let the portfolio of venues speak for itself.
One Page, Full Story
Lyn Management's business is complex; they do market assessment, concept development, site activation, and talent incubation across multiple countries, but their website didn't need to be. I designed a single-page scrolling experience that walks a visitor through the full narrative: who they are, what they believe, how they work, who leads them, and what they've built. Every section earns its position. By the time you reach the project logos at the bottom, you already understand the philosophy behind them.
Mediterranean Warmth, International Edge
The brand sits between two worlds: the warmth and informality of Mediterranean hospitality culture, and the commercial sharpness of international F&B markets across the UK, France, and beyond. The design reflects that tension: clean, dark hero imagery of interiors and venues sets a premium tone, while the copy reads conversational and personal. The colour palette is deliberately restrained — letting the photography of their venues carry the visual energy rather than competing with it.
Built for a Founder Who Moves Fast
Romain operates across countries and time zones, he needed to be able to update the site himself from anywhere, adding new projects, swapping images, and updating copy without waiting for a developer. The site runs on WordPress with a clean CMS structure so everything content-related is editable from the dashboard. New venue logos, updated bios, additional team members, new market launches, all manageable without touching code. The site was delivered fast and built to grow alongside the business as they expand into new territories and sign new ventures.
Outcome
Lyn Management's site launched and immediately gave the company what it needed most at this stage: a credible digital presence that works in conversations with landlords, investors, and emerging F&B talent; whether that meeting is happening in London, Paris, or anywhere else. The project logos: Ukiyo, The French Corner, Abel, Shaman Coffee, Rico Coco, Peru Perdu, Solstice; do the heavy lifting, showing visitors that this is a company with a real international portfolio, not just a deck. The site was designed and built in under a week, proving that speed and quality aren't trade-offs when the scope is right and the vision is clear.
